This is a very elegant device, much better than its prior version, design-wise.

Take a closer look, the e-ink technology is so amazing, reading on a monitor doesn't hurt your eyes anymore.

The paper box that carries the tiny little device has a "certified frustration free packaging" logo on it, what the hell does that mean? I will find out later.

E-book is what I longed for since I was studying in primary school, I mean it. Finally I got this amazon Kindle!

I made an online purchase on 2nd Feb and UPS brought it to me tonight.

A few days ago Apple announced the new product iPad,  it is attractive and beautiful, but in terms of e-book I think it is NOT designed for prolonged reading. The reason is simple, Kindle has the e-ink feature, while iPad doesn’t. I am a serious reader, yeah.

Before I typed in my credit card number I did a research on Kindle’s user experience but I found very little information from Hong Kong blogs and forums. I guess there is not many HongKongers using it. Right, English books only, who gives a shit?

The first e-book I am going to buy is Superfreakonomics. I will share more later, stay tuned.
